Causes of various problems in slime dryer

  1. The life of internal wearing parts is short.
    Cause: the internal material selection is not good, cutting corners, will lead to parts damage more easily, shorter service life.
  2. Due to the uneven drying and wetting degree of materials, there is no way for the bar making to work normally.
    Reasons: ① improper operation of dryer.
    ② Raw materials are agglomerated.
  3. After the dryer manufacturer dries the materials, the moisture content must exceed the required value.
    Reason: according to the production capacity, and the matching heat is not enough.
    Troubleshooting: increase the furnace temperature and reduce the amount of feed.
  4. The final moisture content of the material dried by the dryer is less than the specified value.
    Cause: too much heat supply or too little wet material feeding.
    Solution: strengthen the feeding quantity of wet materials and reduce the amount of oil supply, gas supply or coal supply.
  5. The lower sliding material basin and air inlet pipe are easy to be blocked.
    Reason: the matching furnace type is not suitable. High temperature boiling furnace can be used to change the air inlet mode.
  6. In the process of using, the sliding material basin on the upper part of mine dryer is easy to block.
    Causes: 1) high initial moisture content
    ② The material is viscous
    ③ The layout of secondary air duct is unreasonable.
  7. The separator is too small.
    Solution: replace or transform the separator.
