Electric Hot Blast Stove uses electricity as its energy. It uses finned type electric heating pipe to heat the air in the stove, and uses the heat air as heat carrier to provide hot blast for the drying device. Its voltage is 380V, working temperature is 50-400℃ (adjustable). Structure and Operating principle
The heating stove is made up ofhot box, heating tube, draft fan and control cabinet. The box liner of heating stove is mirrorface stainless steel plate, which is resistant to corrosion and can reflect heat so as to improve efficiency. Connection terminals of the electric heating pipe are at both sides of the stove. Detachable open lap is set at the lead side, so it is convenient to maintain. Cold air is blown to the box by the draft fan, then gets heated by the heating tube, and at last is sent out from the air outlet where temperature measuring set and cold wind mixing opening are equipped. The outlet air temperature can be manually adjusted. According to the temperature and blast capacity, turn on and adjust any heating tubes and air blower valve.
