Dryer is mainly used for mineral processing, building materials, metallurgy, chemical and other departments to dry a certain humidity or particle size of the material. The rotary dryer has strong adaptability to materials, can dry various materials, and the equipment operation is simple and reliable, so it is widely used.
The drying machine is a kind of equipment that makes the material dry by rotating the material through the cylinder and setting the lifting plate to drive the material to fully heat exchange with the high temperature flue gas. It has the characteristics of good drying effect, large production capacity, high operation rate, energy saving and environmental protection, simple operation and maintenance, and long service life of the whole machine. The dryer has a circumferential lifting plate combination device with multiple angles inside the cylinder, which can greatly improve the heat exchange rate and shorten the drying time.
Working principle
The dry wet material is sent to the hopper by the belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipe of the hopper. The inclination of the feeding pipe is greater than the natural inclination of the material, so that the material can flow smoothly into the dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined to the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, which is in countercurrent contact with the material. There are also heat carriers and materials flowing into the cylinder together. With the rotation of the cylinder, the material runs to the lower end under the action of gravity.
In the process of moving forward in the cylinder, the wet material is directly or indirectly heated by the heat carrier, so that the wet material can be dried and then sent out through the belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end. The inner wall of the cylinder is equipped with a copy board, which is used to copy and scatter the material, so that the contact surface between the material and the air flow is increased, so as to improve the drying rate and promote the material forward. The heat carrier is generally divided into hot air, flue gas, etc. After the heat carrier passes through the dryer, it is generally necessary for the cyclone dust collector to capture the material carried in the gas. If it is necessary to further reduce the dust content of the exhaust gas, it should also be discharged after the bag filter or the wet dust collector.
