1.Product introduction
Sludge dryer is the core drying equipment for the reduction, stabilization and resource treatment of municipal sewage sludge, industrial sludge ( such as printing and dyeing, papermaking, chemical industry, pharmaceutical, electroplating, leather, etc. ) and river dredging sludge. The equipment uses hot air direct or indirect heating to achieve efficient heat exchange between sludge and hot medium in the rotary cylinder, rapidly evaporates the water in the sludge, reduces the water content, and greatly reduces the volume and weight of the sludge. The equipment cylinder is made of high-quality wear-resistant steel plate rolled and welded, and has a special lifting plate structure. It has the advantages of large processing capacity, high thermal efficiency, stable operation and environmental protection. It is an ideal equipment for harmless disposal and resource utilization of sludge.
2.Working principle
The wet sludge is sent to the feeding end of the dryer cylinder through a screw conveyor or belt conveyor. The cylinder is installed at a certain inclination angle ( usually 3 % ~ 5 % ) and rotates at a lower speed ( 2 ~ 6 r / min ) driven by the main transmission device. There are a variety of combined lifting plates inside the cylinder, which continuously copy and scatter the wet sludge to form a uniform material curtain.
The hot air is generated by the hot blast stove ( coal, natural gas, biomass, steam waste heat, etc. ), and enters the cylinder from the feed end or the discharge end ( downstream or upstream mode is selected according to the process ), fully in contact with the wet sludge. Under the action of cylinder rotation and lifting plate, the sludge and hot air conduct strong convective heat transfer, and the water evaporates rapidly. At the same time, the cylinder wall also replenishes heat to the sludge in a conductive manner. The water vapor produced by evaporation is discharged with the exhaust gas, and it is discharged after dust removal and deodorization ( spray tower, biological filter, UV photolysis, etc. ). The dried sludge is discharged from the discharge end and can be sent to the next process ( incineration, fertilizer production, building material utilization, etc. ).
