1.Product introduction

Wet ball mill is the key equipment for crushing after the material is broken. It is composed of feeding part, discharging part, rotary part, transmission part and other main parts. Ball mills are widely used in cement, silicate products, new building materials, refractory materials, chemical fertilizers, black and non-ferrous metal processing, glass ceramics and other production industries, for dry or wet grinding of various ores and other grindable materials.

2.Working principle

The working principle of the wet ball mill is that the motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the deceleration device. The broken ore and steel ball of the cylinder are brought to a certain height by the lining plate under the action of friction force and centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. Due to the action of gravity, the ore is gradually crushed under the action of impact and grinding. The crushed ore is discharged out of the barrel through the discharge part. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand is returned to the ball mill through the combined feeder to continue grinding. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, and the ore enters the ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and the ground material is continuously discharged from the ball mill. The ball mill is a grinding equipment that can work continuously 24 hours a day.
