1.Product introduction
The waste catalyst rotary kiln is a special rotary kiln equipment designed for thermal treatment of various waste catalysts ( such as catalytic cracking waste catalyst, hydrodesulfurization waste catalyst, reforming waste catalyst, vanadium waste catalyst, etc. ) produced in petrochemical, chemical, refining and other industries. Based on the traditional rotary kiln, the equipment has been optimized in combination with the characteristics of high oil content, high carbon content, easy ringing and strong wear resistance of waste catalyst. It can efficiently complete the process of thermal decomposition and removal of organic matter in waste catalyst, carbon deposition and loss on ignition, metal component enrichment and so on. The whole machine is composed of cylinder, supporting device, transmission system, sealing device, combustion system and exhaust gas treatment interface. It has the advantages of stable operation, high thermal efficiency and stable treatment effect. It is the core equipment for resource utilization and harmless treatment of waste catalyst.
2.Working principle
After pretreatment ( such as crushing, screening, deployment, etc. ), the waste catalyst is fed into the rotary kiln cylinder by the kiln tail ( high-end ) feeding device. The cylinder is installed at a certain inclination angle and rotates slowly under the drive of the transmission device. The material produces two kinds of motion in the cylinder at the same time : one is the rolling motion along the circumferential direction, and the other is the movement from the kiln tail ( high end ) to the kiln head ( low end ) along the axial direction.
The fuel is injected into the kiln through the burner from the end of the kiln, and the generated high-temperature flue gas flows in a countercurrent manner with the material, and the heat is transmitted to the waste catalyst in the form of radiation, convection, and conduction. The roasted product is discharged from the kiln head and enters the cooling and subsequent metal extraction process. The generated high-temperature flue gas is discharged from the kiln tail and discharged after treatment by the dust removal and tail gas purification system.
