Gansu 6,000t/y Zinc Oxide Rotary Kiln
Recently, the zinc oxide rotary kiln project constructed by Henan Hongke Heavy Industry for a customer in Gansu has been successfully installed, commissioned, and officially put into operation. Since the project commenced, the company has placed great emphasis on its execution, dispatching a professional technical team to oversee installation guidance, system commissioning, and operator training throughout the entire process, ensuring the production line was brought into operation smoothly as scheduled.
Centered around the zinc oxide rotary kiln as the core equipment, this production line adopts advanced zinc extraction technology for zinc-bearing wastes. Using steel plant dust, EAF dust, and other zinc-bearing wastes as raw materials, it produces high-purity zinc oxide products through high-temperature volatilization, roasting, and recovery processes. The products are widely used in rubber, ceramics, coatings, electronics, and other industries. Since commissioning, the line has operated stably with an annual production capacity of 6,000 tons and excellent product quality, with both zinc recovery rate and energy consumption indicators meeting design requirements, effectively helping the customer achieve both solid waste resource utilization and economic benefits.
