1.Product introduction
Zinc oxide rotary kiln is mainly used for reduction roasting of zinc-containing waste. The applicable materials include zinc concentrate, zinc-containing sludge, zinc-containing tailings, steel plant dust, steel plant flue dust, zinc-containing flue dust, zinc-containing dust mud, blast furnace secondary ash, converter secondary ash, electric furnace dust, steel-making LT ash, converter OG mud, blast furnace gas mud, blast furnace gravity ash, etc. It is suitable for application in rubber, paint, chemistry, glass, electronics and other industries. According to the needs, the production line can be designed to process 0.5 ~ 1500 t / d raw materials per day.
2.Working principle
The material entering the kiln continuously rotates to the kiln head with the rotary kiln. The combustion of coke powder in the material releases heat. The zinc in the raw material is reduced to zinc vapor at a certain temperature. After zinc encounters oxygen, it undergoes oxidation reaction and becomes zinc oxide, which enters the flue gas treatment system with the flue gas. After the ignition of the burner, the material can self-sustain combustion, and the Roots fan only needs to continuously supplement the air.
