Chicken manure dryer

1.Product introduction
Chicken manure dryer is a core equipment for organic fertilizer production designed for all kinds of large, medium and small chicken farms and developed areas of breeding industry. The device can treat wet chicken manure with an initial moisture content of about 80 % to dry chicken manure organic fertilizer with a moisture content of less than 13 % at one time. The production process integrates many processes such as high temperature disinfection, concentration and crushing, dust removal and deodorization, purification and decomposition. The final product is not only harmless, but also rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter and other nutrients required by crops. It is an ideal source of high-quality organic fertilizer. The equipment has compact structure, stable operation and low energy consumption. It is the key equipment to realize the resource utilization, reduction and harmless treatment of chicken manure.

2.Working principle
Wet chicken manure is sent to the cylinder feed end of the dryer by a screw conveyor or a belt conveyor. The cylinder is installed at a certain inclination angle and rotates slowly under the drive of the main transmission device. The inside of the cylinder is equipped with a special copy board structure, which continuously copies and scatters wet chicken manure to form a uniform material curtain. Hot air ( produced by heat source furnaces such as coal, natural gas, biomass, and biogas ) enters the cylinder from the feed end or the discharge end, and conducts sufficient heat exchange with chicken manure to quickly evaporate water.
In the drying process, the material moves from the feed end to the discharge end along the axial direction, and goes through the following stages in turn :
High temperature disinfection : high temperature ( up to 200 ~ 400 °C ) in the cylinder can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria, eggs and weed seeds in chicken manure.
Concentrated dehydration : water evaporates rapidly, the water content decreases from 80 % to about 13 %, and the volume is greatly reduced.
Dust removal and deodorization : After the tail gas is treated by dust removal ( cyclone dust removal + water bath / bag dust removal ) and deodorization ( spray washing, biological filter, etc. ), it is discharged to the standard without secondary pollution.
Purification and decomposition : Under the action of mild heat, organic matter is partially decomposed, and nutrients are more easily absorbed by crops.
The dried chicken manure after drying is discharged from the discharge end, and after cooling, screening, granulation and other processes ( optional ), it can be used as a commodity organic fertilizer packaging factory.
