1.Product introduction
The hammer crusher is short for hammer breaking. There are seven types of crusher products in this series, which meet the crushing of 200mm-300mm size materials. The discharge particle size is less than 30mm, and can be adjusted by the discharge port grate bar. The production capacity is 8-100t, which can meet the needs of various crushing production.
2.Working principle
The hammer crusher mainly relies on the impact energy to complete the crushing material operation. When the hammer crusher is working, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. The high-speed rotating hammerhead impacts and shears the tearing material, causing the material to be broken. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammerhead to the baffle and sieve bar in the frame. The material larger than the sieve hole size is retained on the sieve plate to continue to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is broken to the required discharge particle size through the sieve plate and discharged from the machine.
