1.Product introduction
The three-cylinder dryer is an efficient drying equipment developed by our company by introducing the latest energy-saving technology in Europe. It adopts a unique inlaid structure design, and consists of an inner cylinder, a middle cylinder and an outer cylinder to form a self-insulation structure. The outer layer of the cylinder is coated with high-quality thermal insulation materials and stainless steel plates to further reduce heat loss and significantly improve thermal efficiency. The equipment covers a small area, which can effectively reduce the customer 's infrastructure investment. The dryer is suitable for coal, oil, gas and other fuels. Users can freely choose the heat source according to their own working conditions, and it is widely used in the drying operation of all kinds of powder, granular and bulk materials.
2.Working principle
When the three-cylinder dryer is working, the material to be dried enters the inner cylinder from the feed end, and moves along the inner wall to the discharge end under the rotation of the cylinder. The hot air ( produced by the hot blast stove, the fuel can be coal, oil, natural gas, etc. ) is in direct contact with the material in the inner cylinder for efficient heat exchange. The material then enters the middle cylinder, and continues to dry in reverse or downstream contact with the hot air in the middle cylinder, and then enters the outer cylinder to complete the final drying process. The three cylinders are concentric nested structure, the material path is long, the residence time is sufficient, and the contact area between the hot air and the material is greatly increased. The special thermal design effectively eliminates the heat loss caused by the wind tunnel, improves the evaporation intensity per unit volume, significantly enhances the utilization rate of heat energy, effectively improves the thermal efficiency by 40 %, and saves energy consumption by more than twice. The dried materials are discharged from the discharge end of the outer cylinder, and the exhaust gas is discharged after treatment by the dust removal system.
