Product Introduction

Hematite can be used for ironmaking, which is applied in the fields of metallurgy and chemical industry.
Hematite usually needs to be purified by hematite magnetic separator, which has good beneficiation effect and further improves the application of hematite.

Working principle

In the separation process of hematite magnetic separator, magnetic force is competitive with gravity and centrifugal force. The magnetic force of magnetic material in the enrichment process must overcome gravity and centrifugal force to achieve separation. It uses the synergy of magnetic force-gravity-centrifugal force to turn the competitiveness of these conventional magnetic separators into a synergistic force. The separation process is different and the separation effect is different. The whole separation process of hematite magnetic separator is as follows : the hematite material to be selected is fed into the separation drum radially through the central feeding pipe for separation ; the magnetic mineral is close to the cylinder wall of the separation drum after being subjected to the action of magnetic force-gravity and centrifugal pulling force in the separation area, and runs along its rotation direction in the rinsing area. After being washed and dehydrated by rinsing water, it enters the separation area. In the unloading mining area of the separation area, the product is unloaded into the magnetic product receiving box through the top flushing water and separated from the separation equipment ; the remaining non-magnetic products are discharged through the bottom collecting box, and the whole separation process is completed.
