Recently, the 300t/d coal gangue rotary kiln production line project constructed by Henan Hongke Heavy Industry for a customer in Jingyang, Shaanxi has been successfully installed, commissioned, and officially put into operation. Using coal gangue as raw material, it achieves harmless treatment and resource utilization through high-temperature calcination and activation processes, producing high-quality calcined coal gangue products widely used in cement admixtures, lightweight aggregate building materials, ceramic raw materials, and other fields. Since commissioning, the line has operated stably with a daily production capacity of 300 tons and excellent product quality, with both capacity and energy consumption indicators meeting design requirements, effectively helping the customer achieve both solid waste resource utilization and economic benefits.
